Returns & Exchanges

At Biltmore Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
